Our application process
Once we have received your application via our application form or by email, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation informing you of how your personal data will be processed as part of our application process. This means that you will be included in our application process, with your application first undergoing screening to ensure it aligns with the job requirements and then receiving evaluation by the relevant department. If any questions arise during this process, we will contact you by phone or email. If your application is positively evaluated, we will suggest an initial video call to get to know you or invite you for a face-to-face interview at our office.

We want to discuss how your unique skills and experience will contribute to our successful working relationship. During your first interview, you will have the opportunity to meet with your future manager and, if necessary, a team member from the department and/or our HR department.

As an employee in project management (m/f/d), you will work in a competent and committed team to ensure that project processes are standardised in our company and that cooperation with our customers is effective and transparent. You will develop, share and monitor best practices for project management, the evaluation and assessment of KPI’s across the company to increase operational efficiency and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. With project steering, you create the framework for existing projects as well as future innovative solutions in our team and support your colleagues and the strategic goals of the company.
Software Engineer Build & Deployment (m/f/d)
As Software Engineer Build & Deployment (m/f/d) you’ll be responsible for automating the build process and managing the build system. You will work closely with developers to ensure that the applications are built error-free and efficiently. Your task is to work together with our engineers in frontend, QA and documentation to provide a development environment that guarantees the benefits of our integration platform.
Software Developer Frontend (m/f/d)
As software developer frontend (m/f/d) you design and implement valuable and sustainable software in a team of engaged developers and architects. You extend our software portfolio and application framework around our integration platform. You develop frontends and UI components based on Vue.js and Typescript and you design new features using data bindings against various sources. You work with the backend, QA and documentation groups to make our integration platform available on desktop, web, mobile and cloud environments.
Software Developer Backend (m/f/d)
As a Software Developer Backend (m/f/d) you design and implement valuable and sustainable software in a team of dedicated developers and architects. You will expand our software portfolio and application framework around our integration platform. You develop mainly Typescript-based backend components to meet enterprise requirements for distributed business logic, intelligent interfaces to third-party systems and data flows in dashboards. The frontend, QA and documentation groups are looking forward to your microservices and REST APIs to make our integration platform available on desktop, web, mobile and cloud environments.

As a consultant in the process industries (m/f/d), you will be part of a competent and committed team, ensuring that valuable and sustainable solutions are realised with and for our customers. You understand the requirements of our customers and of the market both from a technical and an economic point of view. Student Software and Solution Engineer (m/f/d)
As a student software and solution engineer (m/f/d) you will be part of our development and solution teams. You have the opportunity to contribute to our software and solutions development and implement your excellent ideas. At the same time, we are happy to help you to develop further through our experience and competence. We already cooperate with the Rhine-Main University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden and have already successfully supported internships, thesis and projects with real business use cases and technology recommendations.
Student Software Developer in Testing (m/f/d)
As a student software developer in testing (m/f/d) you are a part of a committed team that designs and implements software and tools for the quality assurance of our software products. Along with developers, architects, testers and our customer support, you will contribute to the automated deployment and testing of our software releases. You will have the opportunity to help shape the testing of our software products and implement your good ideas. At the same time, we are happy to support you in your further development with our experience and competence.
